And disregard the crapola from the bored crew here, usually you get a couple of useful answers in each post.

When you say Z1 said 'they blame it on Ash', does that mean they won't honour a warranty on the turbos because of Ash's work? He didn't modify the turbos, according to his post, and he made you aware of a manufacturing problem with the stock actuator diaphrams. Contact Z1 with this information, and if you need assistance, many members here can back you up.
